Client list not updating on Deco App
Hello, I have a mesh network setup using a deco x10 connected to a Starlink router that was placed in bypass mode and 2 deco m4’s.
I am having an issue with the connected client list not populating within the iOS deco app. I have tried on my normal account and even created a new account using an alternate email address after factory resetting all devices.
I am able to see the devices on the tp link web portal using a MacBook however on the iOS app, previously, most decos came up as connected “deco unknown” for my devices. Now they are all connecting to the main X10 and not distributing across the mesh network. It has been a week. Connection preferences have been set to Auto in the "Preferred Signal Source"at 2.4 and 5 ghz. There is no blacklist functionality set on the app at the moment.
Previously the devices were responding with a "Connected to unknown deco" error.
A fresh install of the deco app and the new associated email address did not work. Same issue.
All devices have been updated to their respective newest firmware.
