Hardware Version: V6
Firmware Version: 1.13.9 build 241206

Dear technical team,

 

I have bought approx. 10 pieces of Archer C50, and I am very disappointed that bandwidth control is not working anymore on these new devices, even though I updated them to the new version.

Details are as follows:

 

Model Archer C50

Hardware ver. 6.20

firmware ver. 1.13.1 build 241206 (new) 

firmware ver. 1.13.7 build 240912 (old)

 

I have tested on both firmware and was unable to set bandwidth control, but on an earlier version, i.e., v 6.0 (Archer C50), bandwidth control is working properly.

 

Please assist in the above regards.

If your router firmware region is EU (that's on the bottom sticker)  update (Case 1) it to the latest release 1.13.9 - here and test again.

For the Middle East usually an EU firmware is used.

Here's how to configure the bandwidth control. If you still have problems configuring this feature  contact your local support for further assistance - here.

Yes, dear, I already noted that in the Middle East, the EU version was not available here.
But now all these devices (I mentioned above) have mentioned the EU.
I also make cloud updates to the last supported version, but the function is still not working.

Is there some difference in region-wise firmware?

Thank you for your response. I already did all which you mentioned (firmware updgrade), The steps of bandwidth control are the same as you mentioned and working on all other brands, but only this Archer C50 v6.20 is not working. I will contact further with our regional support.
