Hello,

In our small warehouse i have 4 TL-WA801N Access Points, one of them is on a cable and the other 3 are set to extend the range.
The entire warehouse has a good coverage this way.
Now we are having problems that only seem to occur when the handheld (Motorolla TC55) is switching between APs.

The moment its switching between APs to send its packets too the software on the handhelds sometimes freezes because it requires a network connection to function.
Is there perhaps any setting i am missing here that allows me to prevent this? or to fool the handheld so it wont notice its switching APs?

Thanks

You tried on different wireless clients but motorola tc55 is the only one having the problem, right?
Maybe it is the problem of wireless card on motorola tc55.

Is the ssid and encryption of APs the same? When you switch between APs by your handheld, there may be a progress that it would loose the connection with an AP and connect to another one later automatically. You know that it may take some time but how long depends on your clients mainly, and you should be aware that [FONT=arial]the[SIZE=1] voice application needs a real-time and uninterrupted connection of the whole communication system, so it's hard for the application to work because the AP device couldn't ensure the connection being uninterrupted when your handheld switch between APs.
