@Jamesheath1 Is the main deco flashing, or the satellite one?

Just a M4 (2-pack) user who regrets buying it

@Jamesheath1 my X50 sattelite stopped working as well. it's flashing red. It's working when connect with Ethernet cable but two units are not able to communicate via wireless. Have you found the solution?

I would try to reset the X50 sattelite unit by pressing and holding the reset button on the bottom of the unit for 3 seconds. Once you release the button the unit should start blinking blue and then you can readd it to your network by using the steps below

From the deco app click on the Network tab > Click the + sign at the top right > Add a Deco Unit and follow the on screen instructions

@HelpFixDecoApp Hi, I tried this. I even replaced sattelite with main unit. Main one working fine but sattelite still can't connect via mesh. Resseting both couple times with no luck. couple minutes ago tried to downgrade software - still no luck.

Strange thing is that after reset (when sattelite is blinking blue), the main one recognize it and APP askes if I want to add this sattelite to the system. Whole process successes but after a while sattelite blinking red.

Once the unit was reset what color is the led light? Red or blue?

Mmmmmm maybe a dead unit or might need to perform a firmware recovery on the unit. Going to get one of the tp-link staff invloved they might have a better idea because doing a firmware recovery is like a last resort option.

@HelpFixDecoApp an hour ago I downgraded it's firmware to 1.6.1 (this is hardware v1.0) but issues still existed. then upgraded to latest available - 1.6.7 and problem still exists.

connected via cable all works as expected but this is not an option for me
