Hello,

I have a TP-LINK Archer C5 AC1200.
Had some issues with latest and second latest OEM firmware and then decided to go to aftermarket firmware. Then tried to get back to OEM and bricked the router.
1. I need the .hex file to write in the 25q128fvsg memory so i can use the router again. I have a friend with a speed pro 280 programmer that can program the chip.
2. There is some other ways to bring this router back to life ?

Model : Archer C5

Hardware Version : V1.2

Firmware Version : last oem that i had was ArcherC5v1_en_3_14_2_up_boot(150317) which was replaced by open wrt firmware and then put ArcherC5v1_en_3_14_3_up_boot(150428) with bootloader.

ISP : 100Mbps for now.

I was contacted by TP-Link support in my country and handed the attached procedure. Hope that this helps another one that has bricked his router :D.
