Sporadic issues with UH700

My USB hub is having sporadic issues recognizing devices. One moment it recognizes a 128 GB USB 3.0 flash drive and not a 64 GB 3.0 flash drive, and then it will stop recognizing the 128 GB and recognize the 64 GB. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to which devices it will recognize and which it won't. The combined amperage of four flash disks, one two external USB 2 hard disks should be under the 8 amp limit, so I'm not sure what else is wrong. All of the devices work fine when plugged directly into a computer and bypassing the TP-Link USB hub. However it does recognize devices in seemingly random situations, so it's not like it is completely dead.
Not sure what to do.

Ok, can I use this with win98? If so, may I please get the instructions for that? If you say "just get XP" etc. or something, fine, get this working for me under win98 and I can/will. as long as my flash drive size isnt too limited in size as a result

It's better to submit a ticket to TP-Link support. http://www.tp-link.com/us/support/contact-technical-support#E-mail-Support

Already by phone. Support thinks, knows and says everything is alright.
My problem still persists, in this moment again one of the usb2 flash memory is not detected by this Samsung tv which is connected to when using this hub.
Sometimes other devices connected to hub are not detected,
It's not a rule, it's not good, might be the tv might be not, nothing is certain but i can't use that flash memory almost all the time.
