ER706W V1 1.2.0 Build 20250428 Rel.77691 is disconecting 3-4 times per day!
I have a controller OC200 with firmware 1.36.7 Build 20250707 Rel.72474. I have four sites with various pieces of equipment.
At one of the sites, I have an ER706W v1.0 gateway with firmware 1.2.0 Build 20250428 Rel.77691, an SG2008 v4.20 switch with firmware 4.20.9, and an EAP610(EU) v3.0 AP with firmware 1.6.0.
At this specific site, the ER706W v1.0 gateway disconnects 2-3 times a day, every day. The controller simply sends me a notification that it has disconnected. However, the internet and SD-WAN connections still appear to be working. After a period of time (anywhere from 10 minutes to 3-4 hours, the duration isn't fixed), it reconnects.
Do you have any idea what might be happening? This issue started after I uploaded the firmware version 1.2.0 Build 20250428 Rel.77691.
This gateway as well as the controller are in the same network, indeed the other sites are suitable to connect via SDWAN, although the connection IP for the other equipment is the public IP given by the internet provider. What I find strange is that I can't even find anything in the logs, I searched but...
