Unable to Edit Internet Settings

I need to change the username and password used for my ISP.
When I go to Deco App>Internet Connection, it shows the current configuration, but won't let me change anything, instead saying "To configure the IPv4 settings, connect your device to the Deco Wi-Fi network first and then reopen the Deco app."
Of course, I'm already connected to the Deco Wi-Fi network (and yes, I've put my phone on flight mode).
I would be exceptionally grateful if anyone is able to suggest anything I can do to fix this problem. I've already done a firmware upgrade on the Deco, and an app update on my phone.

I have managed to get the App to work properly on a different phone, so have now been able to fix my issue.
This is another reason why it would be preferable to be able to control these settings from the web interface as well as the App IMHO.

If you need to change the username and password your ISP gave you then you will need to contact them, If they set up a network SSID and password you will also need to contact them.
If you want to change your username and password that you use to log into the deco app or if you are trying to created a new network SSID and password we can help you either either of those :)
Just an FYI if you are trying to use a different SSID and password than what the ISP gave you then you will need to switch every wireless device you own to the new SSID and password

Thanks for reaching out. The ISP has told me I need to update the username that is being used.
I may not have been clear about my problem. I do not need to change the username and password that I use for the Deco App. I also don't need to change anything about my wireless network (SSID/password). What I do need to change is the information that my Deco stores and uses for the internet connection itself.
I should, in the Deco App, be able to change the IPv4 settings, including whether it is PPPoE, username/password etc. When I get into Deco App>Internet Connection, I should be able to change the settings from that page. But I can't - instead, that page just statically reports the current settings, and gives me the error message I referred to in my original post (instead of the ability to change anything).

Would you mind looking up some info for me? On the phone you first tried that didn't work go into the deco app and on the Network tab click on the row of three lines at the top left then click on App Settings > About and let me know the Version number of the deco app and the brand and model number of the phone.
Do the same thing on the phone you got it working on. Thank you. As for the web ui please see the post below TY

The setup that did work is my iPhone 11 Pro (running iOS 18.5), with Deco App version 3.9.85.
The setup that did not work is my iPhone 15 Pro (running iOS 18.5), with Deco App version 3.9.206.

Can you check to see if there is a deco app update for the iPhone 15 Pro?
If there is would you mind downloading it and seeing if you can make the changes on that phone now.
