Theoretically, the configuration should be successful. I recommend sending an email to your local support team and asking them to help verify the settings. If necessary, a packet capture can be performed to analyze the root cause of the issue.

Leider ist es so, daß der Support, der mir zugänglich ist, keinerlei brauchbare Hilfe bietet.

 

Das wird auch in diesem Fall wohl nicht anders enden, vermute ich mal.

 

Die "verantwortlichen Ingenieure" sitzen seit Monaten an einigen Problemchen, ohne auch nur irgendwas hinzubekommen.

 

Ich bin leider nur ein einfacher Anwender.

 

TP-Link hat inzwischen Adminrechte auf meinem System und kann direkt zugreifen.

Verbesserungen hat das keinesfalls gebracht. Ich bin darüber verwundert.

 

Ich nutze nur die einfachsten Funktionen, aber  da hängt es schon.

 

Eine IP-Vergabe im VLAN oder eine VPN-Verbindung sind doch keine exotischen Anforderungen.
