I have recently bought a wi-fi router model TL-WR841HP and it's very unstable! Can connect to router but doesn't have internet connection! Can i know what happen?

I am using our country Telekom service which is using fiber optic with 5Mbps. I have check with them and they said there is no problem with my line. This problem only occurs when I change my router.

Do you have internet connection by WAN port of your TP-link? Can you show me Status tab form TP link when you trying internet connection? Do you have some modem from your ISP?
