Deco XE75 and zigbee
I just bought a three-pack of XE75s to set up a mesh network, not realising that I can't change my 2.4 GHz channel. This never occurred to me. Now I'm having problems with my Zigbee network because of this. I would like to know if there is any possibility that we can manage the 2.4 GHz channel in the near future. If not, I will have to sell these devices. I like them, but they are breaking everything in my house.

So there are certain deco models that support channel selection. At this time it isn't supported on the XE75 as far as I know. There are other ways to change your Zigbee channel so it doesn't interfere with your WiFi
To change your Zigbee channel, locate the settings for your specific Zigbee hub or system, such as Home Assistant, Philips Hue, or Hubitat, and follow the instructions to select a new channel from a dropdown menu. Be prepared to re-pair your Zigbee devices after the change, as they will need to discover the new network.
1. Identify your Zigbee System
The first step is to know what system you are using to control your Zigbee devices. Common platforms include: Home Assistant, Philips Hue, Hubitat, and SmartThings.
2. Access the Settings in your System's App or Interface
For Philips Hue:
.Go to settings > bridge settings > Zigbee channel.
For Hubitat:
.Navigate to your hub's interface and look for the Zigbee info page or settings to select a new channel.
For Home Assistant:
.You may need to edit the configuration files or use commands from the community forum to change the channel, depending on your setup.
For SmartThings:
Access the IDE (developer) portal to find the "Change Zigbee channel" utility.
3. Select a New Channel and Apply Changes
Choose a different Zigbee channel from the available options. Channels 15, 20, and 25 are often recommended to avoid overlap with common Wi-Fi channels.
Apply the changes through the interface.
4. Be Patient and Re-Pair Devices
Allow Time for Devices to Adapt:
.After changing the channel, it can take some time for your devices to adapt to the new network.
Re-Pair Devices if Necessary:
.If devices don't connect, you may need to reset and re-pair them with your hub.
Wait for the Mesh to Heal:
.The Zigbee network mesh may take time to stabilize after a channel change, sometimes days

@HelpFixDecoApp Thanks for your answer. I have already changed my two Zigbee mesh channels, but this solution is not useful if the mesh keeps changing channels. Neither Hue nor Home Assistant, nor Zigbee in general, is designed to automatically change channels every time. So the problem continues. TP-Link, a renowned networking enterprise, doesn't allow you to change or set the Wi-Fi channel, which is a basic feature even for the cheapest Wi-Fi routers. I will have to switch to a different company, since Omada products are not widely available in my country. It's a shame. I have used TP-Link products for years, including several access points and routers. However, when I wanted to move on to something more organised and clean, I came up against this wall, which I never imagined from a company with so many years in the business.

This list was as of 11-2024 so there may be other models that support it now.
Currently Supported Models:
Deco BE11000 (V2.6)
Deco BE65 Pro (V1 & V1.6)
Deco BE85 (V2 & V2.6)
Deco BE63 (V2.6)
Deco BE95 (V1 & V1.6)
FYi when you buy a deco router the hardware version isn't listed on the box so it's possible you could get as an example a Hardware V2 Deco BE65 Pro which wouldn't support channel selection because the firmware for V2 doesn't support it yet.
Even if you bought one of the above units if you used them with the XE75 you wouldn't have the channel selection option till you removed the XE75 units
