Archer C7 V2 - Can't change region

I've just purchased a C7 V2 and wanted to set it up, but I can't change regions on it and I fear it might be doing tricks to my WiFi, since the 5ghz AC signal is not showing up on any of my AC devices.
I think I might installed a US version of the firmware, and I am therefore locked out of changing regions. Is there a way to completely reset and remove the installed firmware and go back to a place, where I can input the EU firmware?
