Thanks for reaching out. I understand that you have set up your Deco Mesh system (including BE63 Pro and X50-POE units) and created an IoT network, but many connected client devices—including Raspberry Pi units—are missing from the client list in the Deco app, both in the main and IoT network lists. However, these devices are accessible via browser and ping, which means they are connected and working, but not shown in the app.
Here are some steps to help resolve this issue:
1. If the Deco app shows zero online client devices:
• After opening the Deco app, please wait a few minutes to allow the client list to update.
• Try rebooting the main Deco unit.
• Make sure your Deco app is updated to the latest version from Google Play or the App Store.
2. If some client devices are missing from the list but are working properly:
• Check that there are no other routers in your environment using the same Wi-Fi network name (SSID) as your Deco system, as this can cause confusion in the client list.
• Ensure your client devices (such as Raspberry Pi units) are set to obtain an IP address automatically (DHCP), not using a static IP configuration.
• Reboot the entire Deco system to refresh the client list.
If you have tried these steps and the issue persists, please contact TP-Link support and provide details about the troubleshooting steps you have performed.
Additional Notes:
• Sometimes, the Deco app may not immediately display all connected devices, especially after changes to the network or device connections. Allow a few minutes for the app to update.
• The IoT network and main network are part of the same local area network, so devices should be able to communicate with each other even if they do not appear in the client list.
If you need further assistance, please let us know the results of the above steps.
