Hi,

just setup my new C7, disabled WPS for 2,4 and 5GHz.
According to the C7's webinterface, WPS for 5GHz is disabled. Yet i see on the clients, that WPS is in fact enabled. Quite a bug .....

There is a WPS vulnerability but I'm unsure if the C7's wireless is affected. The C7 uses recent hardware so probably little chance.

Sounds like a firmware issue and it may be some time before TP-LINK release a firmware that addresses the issue if they do at all.

i just found a new firmware, because the site was bugged 2 days ago, and always routed me to the US - warning me not to install the FW outside of the US
But i got the proper firmware now, and the bug is gone. :)
