Slow pink and upload with new Archer C9

I am noticing very slow speeds while connected through my new Archer C9 (wired and wireless connections), compared to connecting computer directly to the cable model.
Download speed is the same 12Mps, but upload speed decreases from 1Mps to 0.19Mps. Ping is extremely slow going up from 19ms to 1450ms.
Additional details:
My firmaware is the latest: Firmware Version: 3.17.0 Build 20150514 Rel.70681n; Hardware Version: ArcherC9 v1
