Hi everybody,
I'm from Italy and still figthing against an odd problem while I'm trying to connect my SKy decoder with my Wifi modem, at home.
I configured as "client" the TP-link WR702N so to keep the SSID, as required and reccomended by other users for the same purpose.
It looks working I connect at the Sky decoder; the lamps (on the device and on the decoder) turn on in green light.
But, as soon I try to set manually the decoder (IP address, gateway,masknet.....) the external connection failed, while the local is ok.
If I try to set automatically (DHCP), no connections work, external and local (the green lamp on the decoder start to blink) failed both.
A lot of people use this device with success.
Should I try to set it as "repeater" (other report that works too).
Do you have any feedback concerning this matter?
