Model: EAP110-Outdoor
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 5.07

Revisen y corrijan. Gracias por la atención.

Hi  @VULNERABILITY

Thank you for sharing your detailed experience. Based on your description, the issue is unlikely to be caused by the latest firmware. While reverting to an older firmware (V3.20.0) may resolve the speed limitation, we strongly advise against using outdated versions as they lack security updates, performance improvements, and newer features.

The symptoms you described (speed capped at 10 Mbps) typically indicate an Ethernet auto-negotiation issue, often related to cable quality, length, or port compatibility. To troubleshoot:

  1. Try a shorter Ethernet cable (under 3 meters) to rule out signal degradation.
  2. Ensure your router/switch port supports 100 Mbps Full Duplex (auto-negotiation can sometimes fail).

If the issue persists, we recommend contacting your retailer to check the hardware warranty, as the problem might stem from a physical defect.

We appreciate your feedback about firmware V5.0.7 and will review it internally. For safety and functionality, please consider upgrading to the latest stable release once available.
