RE450 Set up cannot complete 'Finish'

At the last step of the instructions, after configuring (choosing the host network) and having clicked 'Finish', the load bar loads up to 100% but never proceed to the summary page. The wifi extender's lights for both 2.4GHz and 5GHz also did not light up.
Is there anyway to resolve this? Help please!
