Red unidentified without internet access TP-LINK Wireless USB Adapter 721n

I have 2 computers one with the modem, router and the other connected via USB adapter, the wireless internet amiss since I use the phone but when I connect from the "other" connected compu but I get the error, "Red unidentified without internet access "probe solutions 200 million no walks.
