PPPOE Not Connecting

PPPOE Not Connecting
Model : TL-WR841N
Hardware Version : V9
Firmware Version : 150310
ISP : d-vois broadband private limited (ION)
I have Tp-link WR841N wireless router. Yesterday, I called my ISP technical support due to i was having problem with upload speed.So he came and said that problem with connector RJ-45 so he replaced it. Before replacing the connector router was working fine. but after the new connector installed i received the proper speed for which i paid but internet connects to PC direct ISP connection (PPPOE Dial). But if i connected it through the Wireless router PPPOE is not connecting.i chat with my isp tech they told me that i should change the ISP Cable due to its old. But,How it can be possible that old wire connection can connect directly but not though wireless router.
Please help me for this issue.i will be very thankful.
