I'm trying to create 4 wifi networks using my mesh system.

How can I do this and choose the name for each network (i.e. none of the networks are blahblah guest)? Ideally I'd like to set bandwidth limits in the different networks.

Okay, I understand that you want to create four separate Wi-Fi networks using your Deco Mesh system, each with its own custom name (not labeled as 'guest'), and ideally set bandwidth limits for each network.

With the Deco Mesh system, you can manage multiple independent networks under a single TP-Link account. Each network can have its own unique Wi-Fi name, and you can switch between them in the Deco app. Here’s how you can do this:

1. Creating Multiple Networks:
• Open the Deco app and log in with your TP-Link ID.
• Tap the '+' icon in the top right corner of the dashboard and select 'Create a Network.'
• Follow the in-app instructions to set up each new network. You can assign a unique name to each network during setup.
• Repeat this process to create up to four separate networks. Each network operates independently and will not interfere with the others.

2. Switching Between Networks:
• In the Deco app, tap the 'Change Network' button or the three-line icon in the top left corner to view all networks linked to your account. Select the desired network to manage its settings.

3. Bandwidth Control:
• The Deco app allows you to set bandwidth limits for Guest networks. For main networks, bandwidth control options may be limited depending on your Deco model and firmware version. To check if bandwidth control is available, ensure your Deco system is updated (Deco app > System > Firmware Update).

Note:
• There is no theoretical limit to the number of Deco networks you can add under one TP-Link ID, but adding too many may affect app performance.
• Each network’s name should be unique to help you distinguish between them.

If you need further help with bandwidth control or have questions about specific features, please let us know your Deco model and firmware version.
