Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.6

Hello,

I had my ER8411 v1.0 on 1.2.3 Firmware for a long while. I decided to upgrade today to the latest (1.3.6) and since the update i have connectivity issues. On my mac and iphone AppStore login, iCloud login, PeperLess vToken app are not connecting and giving me a timeout. I did a full restart, not helped, no issues in the logs of my OC200. This issue was not a problem on 1.2.3. If i connect my mac to a hotspot it works, i connected it directly to the ISP router all fine. Any advice? can i downgrade back to 1.2.3 even if it says its ireversable?

Thank you for your post. Do you only experience this issue with Apple devices?
To help us pinpoint the root cause, please:

  1. Capture separate packet traces on both the LAN and WAN ports and send us the .pcap files.
  2. Tell us the IP address of the PC used for capturing so we can see where packets are dropped.
  3. Export and attach your current configuration file.
  4. Confirm whether any URL-filtering, DPI, or other upper-layer features are enabled.
  5. Try removing the device from the Controller and running it in Stand-alone mode to see if the problem persists.
  6. Finally, rule out any ISP-related issues on the upstream link.
