Archer C20 problems with the 802.11n and 802.11ac

I have this problem, the Archer C20 works very well, but shows in the configuration staus page that it was working in BGN or AN/AC modes , but actually the router only emits in b,g in the 2.4 band and only in a in the 5 ghz band.
I change the configuratioon several times but the routers remains only brodacasting in bg and a modes, I install the last firmwares and all olders firms that appears in the download pages with the same results allways.
Can any one has a clue or a solution for this?' the unit has only 3 days from the unboxing... its a pitty!
