Note

To update to this pre-release version, please make sure your device version is not lower than the version listed below:

EAP772 V2: 1.3.2 and above

EAP770 V2: 1.3.2 and above

EAP772-outdoor V1: 1.3.2 and above

EAP723 V1: 1.3.2 and above

EAP787 V1: 1.1.2 and above;

 

Download the EAP787 v1 1.1.2 from TP-Link official website first. If you can't find this version, download this version instead:

Important note for EAP787 v1 1.1.2: This firmware upgrade is irreversible. Contact Omada technical support if a downgrade is required.

9. Optimized PPSK configuration process. Configuring a PPSK profile will only affect the modified entries.

11. Optimized CoA-ACK/NAK message cache mechanism.
12. Supported secure firmware download strategy.
13. Supported configuration of WPA3 Enterprise on the Standalone page.
14. Supported configuration of DNS adoption switch (Remote Adoption) on the Standalone page.
15. Modified the default security policy of SSIDs in factory state.
16. Modified the verification rules for static IP configuration items on the Standalone page.
17. Solved the problem of redirection and adoption failure of devices in the management state in the NAT scenario.
18. Solved the Blast-RADIUS security vulnerability and added a message-authenticator attribute verification switch.

  @Vincent-TP so the 773 is just going to continue to be ignored? It got removed from the previous beta post, and you continue to ignore questions about it.,

 

Also the 772-Outdoor Update is also irreversible, At least based on 1.3.5's release notes, unless somehow you can magically skip it, and make it not irreversible. Or at least it should be noted that it wouldn't be irreversible beyond or below 1.3.5. which seemingly still isn't "stable" yet either.

I’m really sorry, I didn’t mean to ignore your question on purpose. It’s just that I didn’t have the answer at the time you asked me.

 

EAP773 is due to be updated at the same time as EAP772 V1. I appreciate your understanding.
