I have 2 DECOs on a network that are doing just fine. Bought a 3rd unit. Can't get the 3rd DECO to be recognized. I have reset it, unpowered it, re put the power on - still can't get it recognized by the prime DECO. Any one have an idea what I'm doing wrong ?

  @EandL You have to go to ➕ sign and then go to Add Deco Unit and then you will able to see 3rd Deco in your Deco App.
