300Mbps Wireless N Router TL-WR841N - Speed issues

I have recently upgraded my plan to 100Mbps, when i do a speed test on my desktop which is connected through LAN from the router it shows download speed of 94Mbps however when i am doing a speed test on my iphone 6s it shows download speed of 0.80Mbps, I can see the degraded performance on my other devices when connected through Wifi. The ISP provider has connected the RJ45 directly to my TP link router.
I am not sure why am i not getting the same speed that i am getting on my desktop.
