OC200 not visable in cloud anymore
Since Firmware upgrade, my OC200 is not longer visable in Cloud. Additionally, i can only see

I can access OC200 locally. In cloud settings i see:

How do i finid out what is the issue? Where to look? Other "cloud" devices works fine.
Additionally, if i try to unbound id, i get:

So where do i check it?
Was there any security change that suddenlly it will break cloud connection?

@AntonV I figured it out. it was DNS Proxy... It seems that https://euw1-omada-cloud.tplinkcloud.com/ gets filtered...

@Vincent-TP No. It was filtered when i turn on proxy dsn. So... What happen is following:
- first case - it seems like my OC200 is down and i don't see it in cloud.
- second case - depends on dns proxy provider - i see that oc200 is up, but when i click it i get an error (and not much more description to it).
in both Cases seems that tp-link cloud url gets filtered out as "dangerous"... either way please test it and let me know what is going on. I like DNS proxy since it filter so many other "bad" stuff out... And it worked fine until 2025/12/17... So currently i am not using feature, but i want to.

Hi @AntonV
Thank you for your reply.
DNS proxy does not filter the cloud functionality of the controller. It must be something else.
What's the model number and firmware version of the gateway you are using?
To verify,
- first case - it seems like my OC200 is down and i don't see it in cloud.
>>>Does that mean, the OC200 is not showing up on the cloud platform? Or it's there but showing offline?
- second case - depends on dns proxy provider - i see that oc200 is up, but when i click it i get an error (and not much more description to it).
>>> What's the status? it's online or offline? Please try get a screenshot when the error showed up even though there is no much info. Thanks.
What's the DNS proxt config? please also share a screenshot.
