Hi. I have no idea where to find SNMP settings. I use cloud controller.

It should be located in the Device Specific settings, under General > Advanced.

Thats correct. I removed it form cloud controller and now it works as it should.

you probably have cloud essential, there are not as many functions as in, for example, cloud standard or self hosted controller
