Model: OC300
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version:

Having a problem accessing my OC300 remotely. This has worked fine for the last two years but today, I can't access it remotely at all. It continuously says "connection is establishing" and nothing happens. Prior to this, i could access it directly with a link or by going to https://use1-omada-cloud.tplinkcloud.com, where it would bring up the the web interface, where i could elect the global cloud version or the controller version. i would click on the controller option and i would be connected. The cloud interface shows nothing as i use the controller. Now the controller option is no longer there so i'm stuck with the global option which is not populated.

The controller is online, as I am able to see it through my cisco router and ping it successfully. There might be an upgrade to the web interface but that is the only change i can see. Am I the only one having this problem or is something going on?

Suggestions appreciated.

Thanks

Hi  @Bob49685

Thanks for posting here.

Did you update the firmware for your devices these days? Or is there any other change?

To better understand the situation, please share a screenshot of the cloud platform.

For OC300, please check under On-Premises Systems Tab. By default it's Cloud-Based Systems:
