TL-WA801N limit on wireless clients?

Hello guys
I got the TL-WA801N to use for my IoT devices (~around 40 of them). I have been using it as an access point (connected through ethernet) on my main router.
Thing is, i reach a limit of 32 wireless clients and thats it. No more devices can connect to my IoT ssid.
Is there a hard limit on it? I dont see mentioned it anywhere.

Let me mention that the traffic of my iot devices is very small (few kb/s)

There's a limit of devices that can be connected to a wireless devices which is hardcoded in its FW.

Most probably, in your case that number is 32 and you can't change that from the device settings.

Usually this number is based on the the particular HW that is used for building the device (CPU, memory, etc.).
