Can anyone please help / ideas with my following issue? I have the latest firmware version for the ER8411 and for some reason my AT&T up link 5GB to new Omada 10GBASE-T RJ45 SFP+ Module, SM5310-T SFP adapter in port one it's not working at all. I've been on the phone with technical support and they have been awesome. It has been sent up the ladder. They have been communicating with me, but they have no resolution. Don't know what's going on, but like I said they are awesome actually when I call them on the phone, they pretty much know who I am when I give them my name. But when plug in my cat eight cable coming directly from the AT&T to router to port 4 WAN/LAN it works, but of course those ports are only 1GB. I've changed my cat8 cables. I've swapped everything out reset the router clearly it's got the latest firmware update. We've tested the module and another unit and it's working fine. So if anybody out there has run into this issue, please let me know and what you did to resolve the issue. We've also went into the software on the cloud and turn things off turn things on technical support has control of my system. They have been working on it and still no luck. By the way port two works, but since those are the only two 10GB ports and I need part one for incoming from AT&T port to out to the rest of the system. Again, thanks you guys for reading my post and again if you have any solutions or anybody else is running into this issue, please let me know so we can let technical support know that this is definitely an issue.

And like I said technical support is still working on it like a they have been awesome so I'm just a patient guy waiting. And by the way, this is a brand new unit. It's not even 30 days old actually my entire system is pretty much brand new. I have an OC300, 1ea SG3428 XPP-M2, 1ea SG2428P, 3ea EAP787's and 2ea EAP772's I have the most current firmware update applied and I also have an older 24 port POE Netgear switch which I will be replacing with a SX3832MPP after I sell one of my kidneys & hopefully in the near future e and mostly everything is cat and cat8.
