Hi All,

After trying all kinds of things, I thought it would be wise to post something here. I have a DECO X50 4G. I restored it to factory settings to start from scratch. Used the Deco app on my phone to finalize the setup. Wifi is working, so I know the device is online. I see it in my Deco app on my phone as fully operational.

But when I try to access the web interface, it just does not work:

I even reset my password (logged out DECO app on my phone. Restarted DECO app and clicked forgot password. Got the reset link. Reset to new password). Still no luck.

With the same credentials, I can login on this website (the community), I can login to my DECO app on my phone, but just not on the webportal of the device.

Does anyone have a clue what I'm doing wrong or what I should do to get this working ?
