Firmware Version: 1.6.1 Build 20231228 Rel. 53314. and 1.7.1 Build 20250828 Rel. 43437

I have an issue with accessing to WiFi 5 on Dec M4 and Deco E4 from my Samsung Mobile Phone (Andrioid 16, One UI 8.0)

The wifi connection always disconnecting and reconnecting again in 3 minutes

Is there any solution for this issue?

@Kuntz The latest firmware for M4 (V1 & V2) is 1.8.2.

 

Update & see if the problem still persists

Just a M4 (2-pack) user who regrets buying it

  @ImtiazAli how can I get the latest firmware? I already click the update from Deco App, but already mentioned the that I used the latest version
