Archer C9 - Port Forwarding NOT WORKING...

Dear friends,
I have setup the Port forwarding and Virtual Servers for a particular UDP Port to be opened in both directions - incoming as well as outgoing. But the C9 does not allow. Normal Internet connection is working fine on Wireless as well as Wired LAN.
C9 Firmware details: 4.0.0 Build 20150811 Rel. 57338
C9 Hardware version: ArcherC9 v1.0
C9: IP: 192.168.1.200
LAN Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
IP Address Pool: 192.168.1.201 TO 192.168.1.254
Addr Reservation for PC: 192.168.1.202
In the NAT forwarding section I have enabled all options.
For Virtual Servers I have configured as follows:
Ext Port IP Int Port Protocol
5199 192.168.1.202 5199 ALL
5198 192.168.1.202 5198 ALL
Both are active
Also configured Port Triggering in a similar way
uPnP is enabled.
DMZ is turned off
SPI Firewall OFF
DOS Protection ON
IPV6 OFF
Enable NAT - Turned ON
Enable NAT Boost - Turned OFF
I just dont know what else needs to be done. I am trying to enable the EchoLink software to work on my PC. It requires UDP Ports 5198 and 5199 to be opened. Checked the Windows Firewall rules. They are fine. When I connect the same PC to another router where the port forwarding has been configured, EchoLink software works. So no issues with PC or Firewall settings.
What else needs to be done on Archer C9 to enable Port forwarding? PLEASE HELP...
