Parental Controls
I have set up 1 family member as he is in highschooland need the internet to shut off otherwise he will game for half of the night. The yime is set on the router to my local time but his internet doesnt shut of when it's supposed to...or at all. I blocked him but that also didn't stop hime from accessing the internwt on his laptop or phone. Am i doing something wrong, can someone help me?

To be able to set the Parental Controls to work properly, you have to make sure that the laptop and mobile in questiion are not using a randomized MAC addresses - details.
Keep in mind that this setting is per SSID, i.e.this setting is enabled for the SSID which you're connected at the moment when you do the setting.

I have made sure all this everything is set up and they aren't using random mac. The phone was for a bit but ive taken that and changed it yet still it won't shut it down when the time comes
