I cannot save the config.bin of my new Archer C7

Model :

Hardware Version : Not Clear

Firmware Version :

ISP :

I press the backup button and get the following error: config.bin couldn't be downloaded.
There is an initial placeholder in the download directory but no complete file.
An additional press will try again to backup and create and additional file with a higer enumerator (e.g. config(1).bin).

What could be the problem.

Interesting. I'm having essentially the same problem. Once in a while it seems like it will save the 'conf.bin' file, but most of the time the browser download box just hangs until I cancel.

Hardware: Archer C2 v1 00000000
