Model: Archer AX55
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 1.1.2 Build 20241014 rel.59971(4341)

I work in a small office with 4 laptops that are very locked down by our back office. We have an AX55 and 4 Lenovo laptops. We had been using this device with minimal issues for about a year when we switched ISPs. We have the ISP provided gateway set to bridge mode so it is not interferring in anywhere. One of us got a new laptop and it would not connect to the main network, only the guest network. I turned off Easy Mesh and Smart Detect and the issue persisted on both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands. We replaced the laptop assuming it was that device. Today I cam into the office and another laptop that has worked fine for months randomly started having the same issue (worked fine on Friday and no changes have been made over the weekend). I can get the device to connect to 2.4GHz but it refuses to connect to 5GHz. Tested 5GHz wifi hotspot from 2 phones and that does not cause this issue. Any tips?

Disabling Easy Mesh and Smart Connect is a good approach. Have you considered updating the FW release of your AX55 to v1.1.3 from here.
