Cannot access the Internet on Android devices and some Laptop and PCs with the M7350 suddenly

I can use the internet partly on Apple devices and PC not on any Androids however, additionally when I insert the SIM into my TPLink Archer NX200 everything works perfectly. I've nearly tried everything I could think off such as: Changing my APN countless of times, changing the DNS servers, trying to update the ISP unsuccessfully, restarting the router and resetting it to factory settings, installing an older firmware and also returning my MiFi and replacing the SIM. I've tried talking to the TPLink and ISP tech support but neither were able to help me. However mayhaps you can help me.
