Dear TP-Link Support Team,

I am a user of the TP-Link Archer C6 V6 router from Bangladesh. First of all, I appreciate the stability and performance of this router.

However, I would like to submit an important feature request regarding bandwidth management.

In Archer C6 V6, there is only a QoS (Quality of Service) option, but there is no Bandwidth Control or per-device internet speed limit feature. QoS only prioritizes devices; it does not allow users to set fixed speed limits for specific devices.

This becomes a real problem in countries like Bangladesh, where ISP speeds fluctuate throughout the day. For example, a user may have a 7 Mbps package, but actual speeds vary between 5–9 Mbps depending on time (peak hours vs night). Because of this fluctuation, QoS cannot properly ensure fair bandwidth sharing between users.

Many users share one internet line among multiple households or family members. Without a true bandwidth control (minimum/maximum speed per device), it is very difficult to manage usage fairly.

Therefore, I kindly request TP-Link to consider adding the following features to Archer C6 V6 via a firmware update:

Per-device bandwidth limit (set exact Mbps for each device)

Traditional Bandwidth Control option alongside QoS

Ability to set maximum download/upload speed per client

This feature would be extremely helpful for users in regions where ISP bandwidth is inconsistent.

Thank you for your consideration. I hope TP-Link will consider this request in future firmware updates.
