I think the SMA female chassis connectors on my Deco X50 router have snapped off inside, as they no longer sit firmly on the chassis. You can simply twist them around from the outside.

This happened whilst thick coaxial cables were being installed, so the force applied was probably too great.
How can this be fixed? I’m definitely no expert, so I’m hoping for an easy solution.

Thanks for all the help!

Do you know when you bought the X50 and from where? It "may" still be under warranty if your lucky

To request warranty service, the process depends on your location:

For customers in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Germany (US/CA/UK/DE):
Warranty replacements require product registration on the TP-Link RMA portal. Here's how to register your device:

1. Visit: https://myproducts.tp-link.com/
2. Select your country in the top right corner
3. Sign up or log in with your TP-Link ID
4. Click on "+Register a Product"
5. Enter the Serial Number, proof of purchase, and Place of Purchase. (Proof of Purchase is optional and can be uploaded later. Once uploaded, you can also enter the purchase date)
6. After registration, you can view the status of the registered products under "My Products" page

For more details on registration, refer to this FAQ: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2602/

To submit a replacement request, refer to this FAQ: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2604/

For regions outside the US/CA/UK/DE:
Product registration is not required. If your product is within its warranty period and confirmed faulty after troubleshooting, please refer to our official website for detailed replacement procedures: https://www.tp-link.com/support/replacement-warranty/
