X95 Ethernet port failure
X95 Ethernet port failure
Hi all,
Had my X95s for about three years. Noticed that one of the Ethernet ports has stopped working (top, 1ghz). Has anyone come across this? I discovered it when attempting to change my mode from access to router as I have switched internet providers. Now gone back to access and hit the reset button on the bottom of the units. No luck.

Are you suggesting both my X95s top ethernet ports could have broken at the same time and I should pursue a refund/replacement?

Anything is possible and even if one still works and the other is dead I would still file a warranty claim you will just need to know where and when your purchased it, The warranty is usually three years but it also depends on where you bought it.
