CPE710 client
Today I tried to set up CPE710 as client. At Survey I couldn't finde any SSID. I tried my home router and hot spot S23 Ultra. No SSID found. Setting are on both 5Mhz.
The Status page shows N/A for signal strength, noise level, and SNR, even when tested with a known working 5 GHz hotspot. The device powers on and the LAN interface works, but the wireless radio is not receiving any signal. The unit was unpacked and powered on for the first time.
Any idea what to do?

@ddarjo What are you trying to do? These units almost always work in pairs to form a bridge to bring network connection across long distances. Even though you can program one to be be an access point, it's only 5g, and they were never intended for this purpose. To do what I think you want, you will need another 710 connected to your router directly and set up in "access point" mode. This access point mode is so that other 5g cpe bridge devices can connect (bridge) to it. Then your other one is set to "client" mode. As long as there's a decent enough line of sight, you will then see the 710 that has been placed in access point mode.
There are a lot of videos out there that can help you through the setup.

Hi @ddarjo
Thanks for posting here.
CPE supports a limited number of channels. To scan for and detect an SSID, ensure the SSID is also broadcasting on a channel supported by the CPE710.
You can first configure the CPE710 into AP mode to check which channels it supports.
How to Configure the Access Point Mode on the Pharos device
Then, manually set your test SSID to broadcast on the corresponding channel. By placing the CPE close to the scanning test, you should generally be able to detect it.
