This usually happens when the WiFi network is hidden or the router is not broadcasting properly.

Try these quick fixes:

1. Restart everything

• Turn off router

• Restart your phones

• Turn router back on after 30 seconds

2. Check WiFi broadcast

• Log into router settings

• Make sure “SSID Broadcast” is ON

3. Move closer to router

• Weak signal can make the name not appear

4. Forget and rescan

• On phone: Forget all saved WiFi

• Turn WiFi off/on and scan again

5. Try another device

• If no device sees it, issue is router side

If still not showing

Your router may need a reset or firmware restart.
