OSD Not showing in preview/live/NVR
Hi,
Few days I'm trying solve why OSD is not showing in live or preview or NVR (frigate).
In setting (/settings/camera/display/settings/camera/display) OSD tab --> I can see osd
and it's applied few times. And few factory restart was done too, but still not changes..

Now, im not sure if idid something wrong or it's some SW bug/issue. Because u have few months VIGI 540V and that work fire withou any issues.

Could you please follow the steps below for troubleshooting:
1.Please log in to your camera's web interface via its IP address. After configuring the OSD settings, please check whether you can view the OSD normally on the Live View page of the web UI.
2.Please try accessing the camera via different platforms (such as VIGI App, VMS, etc.) to check whether the OSD displays properly.
3.We recommend updating the firmware of your camera to see if this resolves the issue.
If the problem still persists after completing the steps above, please kindly provide us with the following information for further troubleshooting:
1.You mentioned you have other cameras in your post; could you please confirm whether the OSD works normally on those other devices?
2.When did this issue first occur? Has the OSD not worked properly since the first day you installed this camera?
3.Which solution are you using to manage your VIGI device, VMS or the VIGI App?

Hi, Nathan.
1. I can see OSD only on OSD settings ONLY! Not in LIVE VIEW. (I bought the camera 1-2 weeks ago)
2. web-based,mobile or pc app is showing same live view. So without OSD.
3. I have newest firmware version 2.2.1 (already i did local update, so i downloaded firmware update a push it in camera via "Update Firmware"). No change. No Fix.
3a. Alse i tried to localy update to lower version but firmware probably can't do it .
1.I can confirm on C540V OSD works in LIVE VIEW or NVR or APP or PC APP (but this camera i have more than 5 months). Without any issues.
2. Yes, from first day, I was wonder why i don't see any time in stream.
3. Vigi APP for phone to setup account and ip.
