I have forgotten my router admin password and I have forgotten my account. Please help me.

1. Reset the Router

  1. Ensure the router is powered on.
  2. Locate the WPS/RESET button (or a small pinhole) on the back panel of the router.
  3. Using a pin, paperclip, or the tip of a pen, press and hold the RESET button for at least 10 seconds.
  4. The router's LED lights will flash and blink simultaneously, then return to normal. Release the button.
  5. Wait about a minute for the router to fully reboot.

2. Log In and Reconfigure
Once the reset is complete, the router will return to its default factory state:

  1. Connect your computer or phone to the router's default Wi-Fi network (the default Wi-Fi name/SSID and password are printed on the sticker underneath the router).
  2. Open a web browser and type 192.168.0.1 or http://tplinkwifi.net in the address bar.
  3. You will be prompted to create a new admin password to secure the router's management page.
  4. Once logged in, you can set up your internet connection again.
