Flash Firmware WR841ND v9.3

my router (WR841ND v9.3) firmware was corrupted du to my mistake on upgrade firmware.it isnt work fit now and i cant flash it by web flash & firmware upgrade option.
please guide me to flash it to factory firmware by other method such ftp or bootloader or ... .
