Fatal error mesage for TL-WN823N (resources->.dll)

Hello everyone,
since a few days, I get an error message for my TP-Link Wireless USB Adapter, Model No. TL-WN823N shortly after starting Windows (7 Home Premium, SP 1, 64 Bit). This happens everytime I restart my computer. I already tried deinstalling - restart - installing the software.
The error message says:
TWCU
Fatal error: Cannot find the specified resources ->.dll
Everything seems to be working fine, though.
How can I solve this problem? :confused:
