Hardware Version : Not Clear

Firmware Version :

ISP :

model: TP-LINK TL-WR740N(RU)

system: Windows 10, Version 1511 (OS Build 10586.420)

The router had been working fine for a while, and then it just stopped. The internet is fine as per the ethernet directly into the system. When set to wireless mode,
the system lists this router ("Secured") along with others, but cannot connect to it. When other wireless signals are selected, the prompt to enter the password is
shown (can't get past this step as I don't know the passwords for those other systems).

Have tried unplugging power, etc., to no avail. The device shows the indicator lights as:

ON - constantly lit

gear flashes off & on at a slow, steady rate

broadcast - constantly lit

letter 'O' with halo - flashes off & on very quickly at unsteady rate

When the internet ethernet line is plugged in, get:

#3 monitor - flashes off & on very quickly at unsteady rate, but on for longer times than off
