Hardware Version : Not Clear

Firmware Version :

ISP :

I have the old archer c5 and im trying to update to the last firm with this one http://www.tp-link.com/en/download/Archer-C1200.html#Firmware but i have fail problem say that firm its not ok.

ITs this firm the needed to my model?

It seems the hardware version of the router must exactly match the firmware version. You can check the hardware version of your router at the bottom of it, which is written on the label.
