Request for Technical Requrement and quotation for Modern Antennas and Wireless Internet as like wifi internet

Dear Sir,
We are some of new younger network engineers from Bangladesh. We have a plan to established an IPS with most modern technology. We think that TP-link is the best supporter for your plan. We have plan to serve wireless broadband Internet service to authenticate users with height speed( min 4-8 Mbps). We don't have enough knowledge on technical matter. But I am explaining our aim and please give us your kind requirement and quotation of technology for our aim
We have plan to cover area approximately 40-50 square kilometers where all the authenticate users will be able to use internet over mobile phone, laptop even desktop PC as like wifi router. Those users will be connected with their own devices with authorized username, password and authorized devices. Below are some basic requirement.
01. Area Range : 40-50 square kilometers.
02. Total Users : 20,000 to 30,000.
03 [FONT=myriadproregular]Mbps : 4-8 Mbps per users.
Please give us best suggestion and advice on the matter. Also give us some alternative and similar world popular technology to overcome our plan.
